I process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).

This website is hosted and protected by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.). When you visit the site, technical data is processed automatically: IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in a stable and secure website). Cloudflare sets the strictly necessary cookie __cf_bm (30 minutes) to detect bots.

This website only uses strictly necessary cookies, which do not require consent (Art. 22(2) LSSI-CE). No analytics, tracking or marketing cookies are used. External content (the Cal.com booking calendar) is only loaded after you actively click to load it.

If you subscribe, I store your email address and the time of subscription to send you updates about Harmonic Path. Before the first newsletter is sent, you will receive a confirmation email (double opt-in). Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by writing to hello@harmonic-path.com. Data is stored with Supabase in a data centre in Dublin, Ireland (EU).

The Wheel of Life lets you rate eight life areas from 1 to 10 (physical environment, business/career, finances, health, family and friends, romance, personal growth, fun and recreation). Some of these ratings may reveal information about your health or personal life, which can be a special category of personal data.

I only process your ratings with your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you give via the checkbox before the evaluation. To create your personal evaluation, your ratings and your strongest and weakest areas are sent to an AI model (OpenAI). Your email address is not sent to the AI.

If you join the waitlist afterwards, I store your email address together with your ratings, the average, your strongest and weakest areas and the evaluation, plus the time of submission, with Supabase (Dublin, Ireland, EU). I use this to recommend suitable practitioners and offers to you. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

On the discovery call page you can book an appointment via Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA). The booking calendar is only loaded after you click to load it. Cal.com then processes technical data and may load content from Google and error diagnostics from Sentry. When you book, Cal.com processes your name, email address, optional notes, any guests you add, and the date, time and time zone of the call. The call takes place via Cal Video. Podcast episodes are linked, not embedded. YouTube (Google) only receives data when you click a link and leave this site.

Fonts are hosted locally on this server. No connection to Google is made.

I use the following service providers, bound by data processing agreements where required: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Supabase (database and admin login, servers in Ireland, EU), OpenAI (Wheel of Life evaluation), Cal.com (bookings), Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.; email for hello@harmonic-path.com), and the newsletter sending service once it is set up.

Some providers are based in or process data in the USA. Transfers are based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

I keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe. Wheel of Life and waitlist data: until you withdraw consent or 24 months after your last interaction. Booking data: 12 months after the call, unless longer retention is required by law. Server logs: according to the hosting provider's retention period.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Just email hello@harmonic-path.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Spain the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), www.aepd.es, or the authority in your country of residence.

The AI evaluation is a personal reflection aid. No decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made automatically.
