 Code of Conduct

Welcome to Harmonic Path!

To ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment, we have outlined a set of guiding principles for both Facilitators (Guides) and Clients (Seekers). By using our platform, you agree to uphold these standards to create a positive experience for all.
While we embrace and encourage the diversity and creativity of each Facilitator's methods, we also aim to create a safe and empowering space for both Facilitators and Seekers.

For Guides (Facilitators)

As a Facilitator on Harmonic Path, you are in a partnership with us to provide your services. While we direct clients to you, you are an independent professional, and this partnership is built on mutual respect and trust. The following guidelines outline your responsibility to create a safe and empowering space for those who seek your services:

  1. Responsibility and Integrity:

    • Be aware of the responsibility you hold in guiding others. Your words and actions have a significant impact on the well-being of your clients.

    • Maintain professional integrity at all times, ensuring that your services align with the principles of safety, respect, and honesty.

  2. Know Your Limits:

    • Understand your professional limits and recognize when you are not trained to handle specific issues. For topics beyond your expertise—such as life-altering events like marriage, divorce, financial investments, or the use of psychedelics—refer the client to another guide with experience and training in that field.

  3. Ethical Boundaries:

    • Do not engage in practices that predict or suggest specific events, such as the exact date of someone’s death or other major life-altering outcomes. Always act with ethical consideration.

    • Ensure that after every session, the client is left in a state of clarity and is not abandoned in emotional or mental confusion.

  4. Continued Support:

    • Do not leave your client alone after a session. In cases of doubt, it’s better to send a follow-up message within 24 hours to check in.

    • Offer guidance for next steps and provide a way for the client to contact you if they have any follow-up reactions or questions.

  5. Confidentiality:

    • Uphold strict confidentiality with the personal information shared by clients, creating a trustworthy and safe environment for all.

  6. No False Claims:

    • Do not present yourself as infallible or claim to possess powers that place you in a ‘god-like’ position. Always acknowledge the limits of your guidance.

  7. Respecting Diversity:

    • Respect the cultural, spiritual, and personal backgrounds of each client. Your role is to support, not impose your beliefs or values.

For Clients (Seekers)

As a Client, you are embarking on a personal journey of growth and healing. The following principles ensure that you remain grounded and respectful as you engage with the services provided:

  1. Self-Responsibility:

    • Remember that you are responsible for your own healing journey. The Facilitators on this platform are here to support you, but they are not all-knowing or infallible. Apply critical thinking and trust your intuition.

  2. Respecting the Process:

    • Understand that healing and growth are gradual processes. Respect the time and effort that both you and your Facilitator invest in this journey.

  3. Mutual Respect:

    • Approach your sessions with an open mind and heart, but also with respect for the humanity of your Facilitator. They, too, are on a personal journey of growth and learning.

  4. Constructive Feedback:

    • If a session does not meet your expectations, offer feedback constructively. Every experience is an opportunity for growth for both you and the Facilitator.

  5. Emotional Awareness:

    • Be aware of your emotional state before and after sessions. If you feel particularly vulnerable, communicate this openly with your Facilitator so they can adjust their approach accordingly.

  6. No Unrealistic Expectations:

    • Do not expect instant results or place the entirety of your healing in the hands of your Facilitator. Growth is a partnership between you and those who assist you on this path.

  7. Contact for Further Support:

    • If you have any doubts or questions that your Facilitator couldn’t help you with directly, please contact the Harmonic Path support team via [hello@harmonic-path.com].

Enforcement and Reporting

At Harmonic Path, we hold both Guides and Seekers accountable to this Code of Conduct. In the event that someone fails to align their actions with these guidelines:

  • Reporting System: We encourage open communication and have established a reporting system. If any issues arise, whether from a Guide or a Seeker, we ask that you report them via our feedback email at [hello@harmonic-path.com]. We will carefully review all complaints and work to mediate between the parties involved.

  • Strike System: While we do not employ the Guides, we take any complaints seriously. We follow a two-to-three strikes system. If we receive two justified complaints regarding the same Guide, we reserve the right to remove them from the platform.

  • Resolution and Partnership: We believe in resolving conflicts like adults and expect both Guides and Seekers to take responsibility for their actions. In many cases, we will work to mediate and create a fair resolution, including potential refunds where appropriate.

  • Bans: In severe or repeated violations of the Code of Conduct, we reserve the right to remove or ban either Guides or Seekers from the platform, ensuring the safety and integrity of our community.

Mutual Agreement

By agreeing to this Code of Conduct, both Guides and Clients commit to fostering a safe, respectful, and supportive space within Harmonic Path. We aim to create a community that honors both the personal growth of individuals and the shared responsibility to maintain integrity and respect in all interactions.
We celebrate the variety of methods and creative approaches brought by our Facilitators, while ensuring the well-being and safety of all participants within this shared space.
