All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed.

 

 

Important Clarification

 

When we connect you with a practitioner or healer from our network, the professional relationship is between you and the practitioner directly.

We do not supervise or assume liability for the professional actions, advice, or outcomes provided by third-party practitioners.

 

 

3. Pricing & Payment

 

  • All prices are listed in euros (€).

  • Payment terms will be defined in the invoice or in an individual agreement.

  • Payments may be made by bank transfer or other approved methods.

 

For single sessions or prepaid programs, payment must be completed before the service begins unless otherwise arranged.

 

 

4. Booking & Cancellation Policy

 

  • Sessions must be booked in advance.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Late cancellations, missed sessions, or no-shows may be charged in full.

 

For group programs or workshops, specific cancellation terms may apply and will be communicated upon registration.

 

 

5. Intellectual Property

 

All materials, content, processes, and resources shared during sessions, programs, or on this website are the intellectual property of Dominik Calzone & Moran Chaim unless otherwise stated.

 

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or repurposed without explicit written consent.

 

 

6. Right of Withdrawal (B2C Clients)

 

 

Your Legal Right

 

If you are acting as a consumer (non-business), you have the right to withdraw from a service contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.

 

 

How to Withdraw

Include a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

 

 

Waiver of Withdrawal for Digital or Immediate Services

 

If you request that we begin providing coaching or digital services before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, you must expressly consent to this.

By giving this consent, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service begins.

 

 

7. Disclaimer

 

The coaching, consulting, and healing-related services offered through this site are for personal and professional development. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

 

 

Third-Party Practitioners

 

When we connect you with external healers or practitioners:

 

  • We do so based on trust and personal experience

  • The service relationship is exclusively between you and the practitioner

  • We are not liable for the guidance, methods, outcomes, or actions of third-party practitioners

 

Any interaction with a guide or healer is at your own discretion and responsibility.

 

We recommend seeking additional professional advice where appropriate.
