About Me
Graduate Body Therapist from the Body Therapeutic School of Body-sds, Denmark. Teachers include Ole Kaare Føli, author of the book My Inner Space and Body Therapist on the Tour de France Team CSC lead by Bjarne Riis.
Style of treatment is based on Ole's softer style of Body-sds therapy.
Bodywork include lymph, nervous system, vagus nerve, fascia, meridians, organ and muscle relation, reflexology, acupressure, breath work, psychosomatics, deep tissue and therapeutic physical training.
Reiki Healing practitioner level 1 & 2 with Lis Holst, Denmark.
Energy Healing and Meditation Training with Charlie Goldsmith, Australia.
Bach Flower Medicine with Vibeke Frølich, Denmark, and through the official Bach Center, England. Practitioner course level 1 & 2.
