Virginia Montañés Sánchez

Throughout my life I have had multiple professions, with their corresponding titles: researcher, journalist, communicator, trainer, naturopath... My experience as a social researcher and my participation in different organizations and social collectives have allowed me to have a broad vision of our needs and challenges as humanity.

This part of the journey allowed me to analyse the factors that influence health, both individual and collective, and to verify the urgent need to transform the paradigm under which we manage our health, in addition to becoming aware of our responsibility in it.

An intense life crisis at the age of 40 overflowed the floodgates that I tried to keep closed for fear of inheriting the stigma of my grandfather, whom some relatives branded as crazy for dedicating himself to dowsing, parapsychology and other activities. A long process of therapeutic accompaniment and personal growth (which is still ongoing) allowed me to accept and honour his legacy.

Today, after training in different disciplines, I understand that it is necessary to address health problems from a comprehensive approach, attending to both the physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and energetic aspects.
